When you choose a M.E.S.S package using the "with a coach" option. You will have a professional fitness and training professional guide you on your journey to ensure you are achieving your goals and following the right processes to do so.
CONSULTATIONS
You will also have one-on-one consultations with your trainer to discuss any challenges you are facing and how you can improve in general going forward. As well as all the relevant media content relating to the package chosen.
Goal tracking
Your coach will help you set goals and achieve them. Along with this you may also receive assignments to work on in your own time to assist with your progress.

Well if you’d prefer to watch reality TV shows and eat KFC for dinner by all means go ahead, but you’re here because you want to instil good health habits right? 

 

Really as often as you can. This doesn’t mean you’re some crazed Crossfit Vegan in everyone’s face 24/7. But…whether you log on and do your M.E.S.S. routine in the morning, afternoon or night, whether you do it by yourself or with family and friends (#group squats!) there is no perfect time, however there is only the time TODAY TO DO IT! SO, DO IT!

 

Remember CONSITENCY trumps INTENSITY. 1 or 2 crazy workouts a week are not going to makeup for being a couch potato the rest of the time.

At home is most ideal so you’re in an environment most comfortable BUT not so comfortable that you end up snacking on late night Oreos and staying up watching cat videos on Instagram!

 

 

You can also certainly M.E.S.S. around at the gym, at a friend’s place, at work or on the road while travelling.

 

Basically, wherever you are, and you’re not driving a car 😉

We’ve structured M.E.S.S. to cater for varying budgets because everyone should have a chance to M.E.S.S. around.

 

Starting from our Bronze package which gives you images of all the movements all the way through to Gold Access which has Videos, GIFS & Images as well as 2 Masterclasses you’re bound to find the right package for your budget, training level and technicality.

Anyone can join you to do a routine however only your profile will store your results. Getting them to sign up is really easy and you can support each other and track your progress.

No contract so you’re free to end your subscription when you want… but why?
